Sample computation:

The targeted anchor text is “commercial mortgage.” The data table above shows that there are 11 back links containing the targeted anchor text coming from unique domains. Relevant domains weigh more when compared to unrelated websites. So highly relevant websites are assigned a value of 100, moderately related domains are 10, and relatively unrelated domains are 1.

The total domain relevance rating with respect to the targeted anchor text is 515. Domain relevance is the “quality” aspect of the links, while the actual count of links is the “quantity.” Total weight is “quality” x “quantity.”

As a result, total weight based on the above sample data table is 11 x 515 = 5665.

Why?

After several updates Google reacted. & it is absurd to think that you can fool par excellence who defines the game, basically because what happens is that the finish of each item is put new rules.

When Google gets an algorithm capable of providing quality links, that is when it determines that a page can do inherit quality standard to the page referenced.

This means that a page with Page Rank 6 can linker to another, barely relevant, & the second can of overnight, displayed as a page with Page Rank 4. a popularity rating of 4, is the right to a page that has appeared as new in Google, & barely contained coverage?

Logically, this deteriorates the philosophy of the concept of Page Rank, since pages unknown & with small relevance in the form of overnight, is positioned as popular web-sites, which is a lie, & use this privileged position to embezzle the concept & enriched by a hoax.

Google changes its algorithm again determines the link agreements, purchased, & misused, & decides to be ignored in its calculation of Page Rank. This means that thousands of web pages that were sustained with small backlinks to their sites, only with 2 or 3 links purchased from web-sites of high Page Rank, positions became ridiculous, destroying the roots, & at a stroke, with the companies had based their core business to speculate on a specific concept of Google, & was not intended that some were giving.

Now plenty of will report the reason for the delay in their Google Page Rank Update this last time. Google “was working on it!”
& then now how is it going?
